part of this fun group dynamic that will motivate you to reach your own personal fitness goals. Expertly designed exercises utilize the power of science to make you stronger, faster and leaner. This physically challenging program also promotes better mental health. Train to prevent injuries and increase core stability through multi-planed strength and cardio conditioning techniques that create double the muscle fiber stimulation of other high intensity workouts. Participants make extremely fast gains in muscle tone and weight loss by combining strength, flexibility and cardio benefits including stepping, plyometrics and resistance training. Results guaranteed. This moderate to high intensity program is offered by registration only and is not open to individuals who currently have any joint issues that are not completely resolved.

This 60 min class is designed to promote strength and stability in the musculature that supports the spine.
