| Yin Yoga | A calming practice for body and mind, this quiet, yet challenging practice is suitable for most levels of students. Yin yoga helps to stimulate your joints and their connective tissues with poses mostly done on the floor and held for longer periods of time. This allows us to pay attention to our breath, 'tension holding' patterns and lets us explore levels of comfort and challenge. Keeping the mind focused we listen to our bodies as we experience each pose to the fullest. | Yoga - Strong Body/Quiet Mind - Beg. | This dynamic Vinyasa yoga practice combines Hatha and Power Yoga principles to create an invigorating flow of poses. The focus is on movement and posture combined with breathing techniques in order to develop strength, flexibility, stamina and mental focus. Each class finishes with Pranayama (breathing practice) and relaxation. No previous Yoga experience necessary.
