COURSE FEES:
Course fees are published with course information above. HST may be applicable.

REFUNDS:
All refunds and credits are subject to a $5.00 + HST administration
fee per registered program.
100% refund or the prorated refund, or Credit Voucher: your
choice. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks. Fee payments made
by Visa/MC will be credited to your account. All other refunds are
made by cheque
100% refund or the prorated value of the class will be given
based on a medical slip.
To obtain a full refund you must withdraw from a course at
least one week before the course starts. Thereafter a credit voucher
will be issued. Once classes commence, a prorated CREDIT voucher
will be issued. Refunds will take 2 weeks to process.
Fees are to be paid in full at the time of registration
by cash, cheque, money order, Visa, Mastercard or Interact.
Comox Recreation
reserves the right to cancel any program at any time.
A FULL/PRORATED refund will be given and every effort will be made
to notify those registered.
Programs will not be held
on holidays unless otherwise indicated.
Comox Recreation
has the right to change times and locations of programs.
HST will be charged on all
programs when majority of participants are over the age of 14 yrs.
Postdated cheques are not
accepted.
